Attorney Herb Bristow of Haley & Olson, P.C. met with the combined meeting of Jones County, Texas Commissioners Court and the Texas Midwest Public Facility Corporation (TMPFC) on Monday, May 25, 2021. Bristow represents Jones County’s interests regarding the Bluebonnet Detention Facility. It has been a long endeavor, he summed up as “a labor of love.”
