Herman Longoria
Herman Longoria, 57, was one of four children born Jose Esteban and Argentina Lopez Longoria. He was born July 14, 1965, in Eugene, Oregon. On November 18, 2022, at his home in Stamford, TX, Herman, a loving father, grandpa, brother, and friend returned to his heavenly home. Herman was employed by Strain and Company as a dump truck driver. By faith, he was a catholic and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Herman cherished spending time with his family, especially being grandpa, and spending time outdoors working in the yard gardening. He was a sports fan who followed the Dallas Cowboys football games. In his younger years Herman enjoyed attending rock concerts. Rosary was at 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2022, at Tankersley Funeral Home (807 Columbia). Funeral services were held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, with Father Alex Amburose officiating. Burial followed at Highland Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home. Herman was preceded in death by his father Jose in 2020, and a brother, Harold Longoria in 2015. Survivors include his mother, Argentina Longoria of Stamford, TX; son and daughter-in-law; Michael and Patricia Longoria of Azle, TX; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Ronald Brown of Stamford; a brother and sister-in- law, Hector and Arlene Longoria of Georgetown, TX; 3 grandchildren, Michael Longoria, Jr., Madison Longoria, and Austin Longoria.
