Reba Jean Cook Ragsdale

Reba Jean Cook Ragsdale passed away peacefully on October 13, 2021. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on January 31, 1940. Reba was the only daughter of E.A. (Buck) Cook and Velma Audine Cook. She was preceded in death by both parents, her brothers and sisters-in-law Barbara and Bobby Cook, Pat and Lynn Cook, and grandson James Ross Ragsdale. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Joe Ragsdale; daughters Brenda Roberts Pierce and husband Jewel, Cheryl Ragsdale Fickey and husband James, Cathy Ragsdale Chitwood; son, Jim Ragsdale; grandchildren, Jandi Pierce Tyson and husband Trent, Cade Pierce and wife Addie, Amie Ragsdale Howerton and husband Joshua, and Bryan Chitwood; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Tyson, Haddie Tyson, Cale Pierce, Ceedan Pierce, and Harleigh Howerton; brother, AG Cook and wife Cherri. Reba and Bob have been long time members of the A&M United Methodist Church. Throughout her life, Reba has answered her call to service by serving on many boards and committees within her community. Her service to God and others was always her top priority. Service of life celebration will be Monday, October 18th at 2:00pm at A&M United Methodist Church and will be livestreamed through the church.
